📦 Shipping Policy (EU–Compliant) / Політика доставки

1. Processing Time / Час обробки замовлення

All orders are mostly processed within 2–4 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Zones & Delivery Times / Зони доставки та строки

We currently ship to:

  • EU countries (Poland, Germany), Ukraine

Estimated delivery times:

  • EU: 3–7 business days ( 2-4 days handling time), Ukraine 7-14 days

Please note: Delivery delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or carrier issues.

3. Shipping Rates / Вартість доставки

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, order sum and package weight.
Вартість доставки розраховується автоматично на етапі оформлення замовлення залежно від країни, суми замовлення та ваги посилки.

EU -Orders over 150 usd shipping is Free, orders up to 150 usd is 7 usd shipping  fee

Ukraine- All order is 17 USD delivery fee

Free shipping may be offered during promotions.

4. Order Tracking / Відстеження замовлення

Once your order is shipped, you will will be provided a tracking number.
Після відправлення ви отримаєте електронного листа з номером відстеження.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Оновлення статусу може з’явитись через 24–48 годин.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes / Митні платежі та податки

Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties applied in their country.
Покупець несе відповідальність за оплату мита або податків у своїй країні.

We are not liable for delays caused by customs.
Магазин не несе відповідальності за затримки на митниці.

EU Returns & Refunds Policy (Compliant with EU Consumer Rights)

6. Return Eligibility / Умови повернення

According to EU consumer protection rules, customers have the right to return the product within 14 days from the day they receive it.
Згідно з правилами ЄС, покупець може повернути товар протягом 14 днів від моменту отримання.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • Packaging must be intact

  • All accessories must be included

Повернення можливе, якщо:

  • Товар не був у використанні

  • Збережена оригінальна упаковка

  • Всі комплектуючі присутні

7. Non-Returnable Items / Товари, що НЕ підлягають поверненню (Відповідно до правил ЄС)

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Baby pacifiers

  • Baby feeding products

  • Teething toys

  • Opened hygiene items

  • Personalized/custom-made products

З міркувань безпеки не підлягають поверненню:

  • Пустушки

  • Товари для годування

  • Гризунці

  • Гігієнічні товари, якщо відкриті

  • Індивідуальні або кастомні вироби

(Це відповідає Директиві 2011/83/EU).

8. Return Shipping / Доставка при поверненні

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Вартість доставки товару назад сплачує покупець, якщо тільки товар не був отриманий пошкодженим або не тим, що замовлено.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items / Пошкоджені або неправильні товари

*If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos of product.
Якщо товар був пошкоджений або неправильний, повідомте нас протягом 48 годин і додайте фото.
